Author Guidelines

Clinics Surgeryhas designed the author guidelines to facilitate the publication in anexceptional way for it to be read with exception.

  • The face of the article lies with the title. So, a perfect title allures the audience to read.
  • Authors who have made significant contribution to the work only should be mentioned. Corresponding author details should be given clearly.
  • A list of keywords which are important for the research work should be mentioned. This allows the article to be found easily by the readers.

Template for all kinds of articles including Paper\ Poster Presentation:

  • Title should be 14-point, Bold style with centre alignment. This is followed by authors names with 12-point, Bold, justified.
  • First-hand headings should be bold, 12-point whereas second-hand heading should be 11-point.
  • References should be in Vancouver style.
  • Double-spacing should be only between the sections.

Abstracts: The information present in the abstract should clearly explain the objective and scope of research. The content of abstract should not exceed 300 words mentioning every section of the article. Abbreviations should not be used.

Research/ Review Article:The article should be with 4000-5000-word limit with all the sections mentioned separately and clearly.

Case Report: Clinics Cardiology accepts articles with real cases which can be showcased for knowledge gain purposes. There should be a consent form signed by the patient when submitting. Maximum word limit is 2500 words.

Clinical Images:A word limit of 150 words with maximum of 2 images only must be submitted.

Short Communication:A maximum of 2500 words specifying the area of focus and the author’s opinion of choosing the area of study/ research.

Special Issue Articles: This contains a group of articles on a particular topic providing their works. The maximum words should be 4000-5000.

All the word limits mentioned above are excluding figures, Tables and references.

Figures should be provided in Tiff, JPEG formats.

Format for References

Clinics Cardiology follows VANCOUVER style. Give Reference

While providing a citation the author surname should be followed with et.al, for only first 6 six names. Title of the paper. Journal title. Publishing year; volume number: first and last page with a careful usage of punctuation.
